Roasted Carrot and Grilled Cheese (Vegan)
Hey vegans! We've got a recipe for you. There are so many recipes that can be given a vegan alternative, so we decided that today we're tackling the simple, yet delicious, grilled cheese. It's perfect to dip in soup, which is why we've paired it with our Roasted Carrot and Paprika Soup!
  • 2 pieces of sliced bread of your choice
  • Your favourite dairy-free cheese
  • Vegan butter alternative
  • Carrot and Paprika Soup
  1. Preheat skillet over high heat.
  2. Pour a 500 ML bag of Carrot and Paprika Soup into a pot and warm it up on low heat.
  3. While soup is heating up, butter one side of a bread slice and place it on the skillet, butter side up
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of the bread
  5. Butter the second slice of bread and place butter side up on top of the cheese
  6. Grill until lightly browned then flip, continue grilling until browned and cheese is melting.
  7. Once sandwich is done and soup is warmed up, serve and enjoy! Grilled cheese is delicious when dipped into soup or both can be enjoyed separately as well.
