Shipping policy
• Soups are made fresh, frozen, and shipped with ice packs which may thaw partially in-transit
• Items are can only be shipped within Canada to physical addresses (No P.O. Boxes.)
• We ship packages on Tuesday of every week (orders received by 6 pm Monday will make the weekly shipping cut-off)
• Each individual tub weighs between 0.45kg to 0.99kg.
