Currently, we ship our products throughout Canada except for Nunavut and North West Territories. Our sauces are now being shipped to 31 of the 50 United States as well. Click here to see which States we ship to.

Our flat fee for shipping within Ontario and Quebec is $10, with free shipping on orders over $90. Outside Ontario and Quebec, our flat fee for shipping is $15. Due to our products being perishable, we have to ship them overnight via express courier with ice packs and insulation which makes the cost of delivery more expensive.

Our soups are made fresh, frozen, and shipped with ice packs which ensures they stay fresh in transit. However, they may thaw partially depending on weather conditions and transit time.

We ship packages on Tuesday of every week (orders received by 6 pm Monday will make the weekly shipping cut-off).

Within Ontario and Quebec, the product will be shipped via overnight courier and received by the next business day. Shipping outside Ontario and Quebec will take 2-3 business days.

We do not offer curbside pickup at the moment.

Each individual pack weighs between 0.3 kg - 0.5 kg.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Because the items are perishable, they can only be shipped within Canada to physical addresses.

Upon arrival, place packs in the refrigerator or freezer. If stored in the refrigerator, It's Souper products should be consumed within 10 days of opening, as they are preservative-free. If stored in the freezer, products can last up to one year.

Please note all sales are final, due to the perishable nature of our products, and It's Souper cannot be responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with invalid addresses, or recipients who are not available to accept their packages upon delivery date. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal or Shopify Pay.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. However, please note that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account.

With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Yes, your order can be changed if it has not yet been processed or shipped yet, but please send an email request immediately.

Our brand, It's Souper, was founded by Lola Adeyemi, a Nigerian/West African immigrant. To us, Afro-fusion means a combination of the elements of traditional African cuisine with a Western twist.

Our Roasted Carrot and Paprika Soup, Mozi Peri Peri Sauce, Green Pepper Sauce, and West African Pepper Sauce are all vegan.

Our products are produced and packed locally in Ontario, Canada, using natural domestic products, with some of our ingredients, such as our unique spices, sourced directly from African farmers.
