Carrot Soup
Ingredients
- 7 baguette slices
- Olive oil
- Sour cream
- It's Souper Roasted Carrot & Paprika Soup
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Brush olive oil on both sides of the baguette slices.
- Place the baguettes in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Flip on both sides till golden brown.
- Heat up our It’s Souper Carrot Soup in a pot for 15 minutes on low heat.
- Place the soup in a bowl of your choice and add sour cream to taste.
