Steamed Beans Moi-Moi

Today were checking out a steamed beans recipe created by the amazing Chef Mide! Using our West African Pepper Sauce, this simple and yummy recipe will be sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • Peeled Beans
  • Onions
  • Crayfish Powder
  • Salt 
  • Chicken Bouillon
  • West African Pepper Sauce
  • Water
  • Boiled Eggs (optional)

  1. Add peeled beans, onions, chicken bouillon, crayfish powder, salt and west african pepper sauce to a bowl
  2. Blend/puree till smooth
  3. Pour into oven safe dishes
  4. Add half a boiled egg (optional)
  5. Put oven safe dishes in a pan with a lid 
  6. Pour boiling water into pan a dn put lid on to steam
  7. Steam on a medium heat for 30 mins
  8. Serve and enjoy!
