Today were checking out a steamed beans recipe created by the amazing Chef Mide! Using our West African Pepper Sauce, this simple and yummy recipe will be sure to impress your guests!
- Peeled Beans
- Crayfish Powder
- Chicken Bouillon
- West African Pepper Sauce
- Boiled Eggs (optional)
- Add peeled beans, onions, chicken bouillon, crayfish powder, salt and west african pepper sauce to a bowl
- Blend/puree till smooth
- Pour into oven safe dishes
- Add half a boiled egg (optional)
- Put oven safe dishes in a pan with a lid
- Pour boiling water into pan a dn put lid on to steam
- Steam on a medium heat for 30 mins
- Serve and enjoy!
