- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 whole ripe avocado, chop as desired
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes , chopped in halves
- 2 cups It's Souper Meat Lovers Chilli
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese
- Lime - cut in quarters (optional)
- 3 Tbsp It's Souper Green Pepper Sauce
1. Heat It's Souper Meat Lovers Chilli in a saucepan over stovetop for 5 minutes on medium heat
2. While chilli is heating, in a bowl add cooked brown rice , avocado and cherry tomatoes.
3. To the bowl add heated chilli and garnish with cheese, lime zest and Green Pepper Sauce.
